One part of the house that is often taken for granted is the floor. When constructing a house, some home owners don’t give much thought to the kind of flooring that suits the house. This is because they probably think they can just use a rug or carpet anyway, so there’s no need to fuss on floors.
However home designers are now putting much emphasis on floors due to safety and aesthetic reasons. On the safety side, uneven tiles can cause accidents. On the other hand, nicely colored tiles can accentuate a room.
Whatever tile color and design you pick for your house, make sure the colors and designs complement the other fixtures in the room.
